Additional Information

Steps to Duplicate:

1.Login to GroupWise client 7.0.2 HP 06062007 on Windows
2.Click Tools | Options | Send | Send Options
3.Change MIME Encoding to Windows Default.
4.Click OK and Close
5.Compose a new mail.
6.Click Send Options
7.MIME encoding is still set to UTF-8
