Unable to see tabs in Web PIM

SuSE Linux Enterprise Server 10

Situation

Symptoms:
Unable to see tabs in Web PIM.
Unable to see folders in Web PIM.
How to enable Web PIM functionality?

Resolution

Corrective Actions for Windows version:
1. Click Start | Programs | Intellisync Mobile Suite | Admin Console.
2. Expand Intellisync Mobile Suite.
3. Expand Profile Settings.
4. Expand Email Accelerator.
5. Expand Email Accelerator User.
6. Right click on Default and click Properties.
7. Put a check mark on "Enable web PIM functionality; uncheck to only show configuration UI on the web site"
8. Click OK.
9. Expand Management.
10. Highlight Servers.
11. Right click on the server object on the right hand side and click Stop.
12. Once it is stopped, right click on the server object and click Start.
Corrective Actions for a Linux version:
1. Start web browser and access WebAdmin, i.e. http:///admin.
2. Go into User Settings | Wireless Email and click on Wireless Email User.
3. On the right hand side click on Basic Email Email Only link next to Setting.
4. Click on Settings then click on Edit button.
5. Click the check box before "Enable PIM functionality on the Web (turn off to show configuration UI only) and click on Save then click on Done.
6. Once click on done it will take you to Wireless Email User page again.
7. Click on the Default link next to Setting and follow the steps 4 and 5.
8. Restart the following daemons from the a terminal console:
/etc/init.d/asadb restart
/etc/init.d/securegateway restart
/etc/init.d/mobilesuite restart
