Situation

Symptoms:
ERROR: "Application Error " while accessing Web PIM

Resolution

Corrective Actions:
1. Browse to "C:\Program Files\Intellisync Mobile Suite\Tomcat\webapps"
2. Rename genweb directory to genwebold
3. Restart the Intellisync services. It will recreate the genweb directory once the services are restarted
