Situation
After a couple of days of server uptime, remote desktop users
connecting to the Citrix Server and attempting to print to an
iPrint enabled printer, would randomly see the print dialog
window hang.
In other cases the iPrint systray icon would randomly disappear.
iPrint printers were being distributed via a ZenWorks policy.
Resolution
Upgrade to iPrint Client 4.20
