Additional Information

Troubleshooting:

Determined that it is possible to browse to the volume object (/) via Bindery, but not through the eDirectory object. This was done by navigating through Windows Explorer, drilling down through the tree object (eDirectory) and the server object (bindery).

Rebuilt the cluster server object by executing the steps detailed in TID 10094555

Determined that this is a problem with the trustee rights on the volume, since it was possible to map the drive if the user had specifically been granted the supervisor right to the root of the volume.
