Situation

The 100101043 and 100101044 errors are generated when either the Novell Identity Server (IDP) could not load the Access Gateways (SPs) metadata (100101043), or the SP could not load the IDPs metadata (100101044). This document referenced will describe the steps involved in the metadata validation process, as well as describing the flow of events that occur when accessing a protected resource on the Access Gateway.
