Unable to display groups in Netmail Address Book

How to display groups in Netmail Address Book

Groups and mailing lists were left out of the NetMail Address Book Agent for security reasons

Workaround

Create a dummy user and fill in the E-Mail Address Attribute with the E-Mail Address of the Group

1. Launch ConsoleOne

2. Create a new dummy user account e.g. GroupUser

3. Right Click on the newly created user object and select Properties

4. Click General | Identification

5. Delete any existing E-Mail Address and fill in the E-Mail Address of the desired group e.g. group@InternetDomainName

6. Click Apply and Close

7. Now we will be able to see the dummy user in the Netmail Address Book and any mail sent to the dummy user will go to the members of the group
