Environment

Novell ZENworks 7 Desktop Management Support Pack 1 - ZDM7 SP1 Remote Management

Situation

If the workstation object resides in an OU with Chinese characters, the remote management function fail.
If the workstation is moved to an OU containing only English characters, the remote management functions work.
