Situation
Error on POA: "This GroupWise client doesn't match the user's license".
The BES is unable to login via trusted application.
Limited License Mailboxes client option is configured in a GroupWise system.
Resolution
Limited License Mailboxes option selected from ConsoleOne via Client Options | Environment | Client Access tab is meant for a mailbox access via "light" clients like WebAccess, any POP3 or IMAP4 clients. When selecting this option, the BES application is unable to login via a trusted application authentication method.
Most likely any software that depends upon the trusted application authentication will fail when this Client Licensing option is selected.
This problem was reported to the engineering as an Enhancement Request. Due to a larger code changes caused by two license model, this will be considered in a future GroupWise release.
