Unable to load WebAcess

The GWINTER process will not load. At the NetWare Console prompt following error appears:

GWINTER: Unable to bind to specified port.
GWINTER: Terminating WebAccess Server

The GWINTER process will not load. At the Linux Console prompt we see the following error:

GWINTER: Unable to bind to specified port.
GWINTER: Terminating WebAccess Server

NetWare:
Edit the GWIA.CFG file, and change the /HTTPPORT value to something other than 7205.

OES LINUX:

Edit the Webac70a.waa and change the ports to a different port.

( In this case, 7205 was changed to 7206 & 7211 was changed to 7212 )

The GWIA was running on the same server. The GWIA was configured to be listening for HTTP monitoring on port 7205. WebAccess was also configured to use port 7205. The GWIA was already loaded, so port 7205 was already tied up, and it could not load.

The server was not releasing the Default ports used by WebAccess. (i.e. 7205 & 7211)
