Situation
MSI
application installed through NAL seems to install properly, but
then when the application is run on the workstation, it will return
an error specific to the application.
Some MSI
applications have a Custom Action that is running in the User
Interface (UI) section of the MSI. NAL by default does not
run the UI section of the MSI.
Resolution
In the
Application Object in ConsoleOne, go to the Identification | Icon
tab, and set the User Interface Level to FULL. This will
force NAL to run and show the UI section of the MSI.
This is not
a defect with NAL, but a limitation of the MSI from the
Vendor.
