Situation

Compliance Report does not split license allocations into
appropriate cost centers.
Resetting up the issue, we created a purchase order for 10 licenses. We added a product for the licenses.We split the licenses and allocated 5 to one cost center and 5 to another cost center. The allocation report shows both cost centers and the correct allocations. When you go to the software compliance report, it only shows the 1 cost center will all of the licenses and doesn't show the other cost center. The customer's software compliance report shows all the cost centers with the total amount of licenses in each cost center. The report is not splitting the licenses correctly.

issue in ZAM 7.5 IR 7.
Resolution
Fixed in ZENworks Asset Management 7.5 Interim Release 10 or newer
Interim Releases can be scheduled to run automatically or can be downloaded manually at https://download.novell.com. The Interim releases can be set up within the ZAM Manager for the Task server to check the site on a scheduled basis, and download and apply them automatically. Please refer to the Help Section details of how to set up automatic downloads if desired.
Each interim release is cumulative. If Interim Release 10 is not available due to a newer interim release being placed on the website, be assured that the code needed is in the later release.
