Unable to launch WebAdmin from Intellisync Mobile Suite Admin Console

Situation

Symptoms:
Unable to launch WebAdmin from Intellisync Mobile Suite Admin Console
Launching WebAdmin from Intellisync Mobile Suite Admin Console asks for login
Unable to expand Email Accelerator in Intellisync Mobile Suite Admin Console
Email Accelerator in Intellisync Admin Console shows "Connection Error"
Mails not updating for one Post Office but works for the other Post Office

Resolution

Corrective Actions:
1. Click Start | Programs | Intellisync Mobile Suite | Admin Console
2. Right Click on Intellisync Mobile Suite and click Properties
3. Click the "Server Name" tab
4. Change the "Internal Server Name" to localhost
5. Click Apply and OK
6. Close the Admin Console
7. Click Start | Run and type "services.msc"
8. Restart the Intellisync services

If the above does not help, please make sure that the"c:\windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts" have the correct entry for localhost and add an entry for the servername as follows and restart the Intellisync Services" E.g
192.168.1.1 ServerName.DomainName.Com ServerName

If the above does not help, please make sure that all the unused Network Cards are disabled in BIOS or in the Device Manager
