Situation
Configured a PIN list entry in the Linux Access Gateway (LAG).
After activating the Pin List, the LAG stopped working and the
following proxy processes processes - VCC, Soap Back Channel and
Command socket - changed their status to "Not Running" (novell-vmc
status).
After these services stopped working, administrator was unable to apply any changes in either the Administration Console (Failed to apply changes. The system will try to re-apply these changes on) or the nash utility (ERROR: Connection refused -
Error(s) occurred while applying to the Excelerator.)

Resolution
Proxy crash fixed in IR2 however the LAG will not support any PIN
list entries until SP1.
