Situation

NAL application with an HKCU registry key to be read by the Availability Distribution Rules with Workstation associated, fails
NAL application does not show in NAL window or on the desktop when HKCU Registry rule is applied.

Resolution

This is working as designed: workstation-associated applications do not have access to the Current User portion of the registry
