Environment

Novell ZENworks 7 Desktop Management - ZDM7 Application Launcher (NAL)

Situation

Error "Failed to cache application Error Code was 0” when trying to Create an Image from an Application Object

Resolution

One needs to have the same version of the agent installed on the workstation running ConsoleOne as the version of the ZENworks Snapins. This will only affect the imaging snapin that is part of NAL.
