Situation

Work Around: Use a GroupWise 6.5 client to send the message, or compose the message in plain test format.
HTML messages sent from GroupWise 7 Client will not open in Microsoft Hotmail, or AOL (AIM). Yahoo mail works.
HTML messages with embedded pictures and links don't open in Hotmail or AIM.

Resolution

This has been fixed in GroupWise 7.0 support pack 1.

Additional Information

A line in the html source code has been added when composing an HTML message in the GroupWise 7 Client, it is not there in the 6.5 SP5/4/3 client.
