Situation
Users cannot do a "Save As" into the GroupWise Library. A
user opens a document (from the library or local drive) and chooses
File - Save As. The GroupWise document properties sheet
appears and the user fills out all the information. However,
the document saves to the default document directory defined in
Word. A document reference is created in GroupWise, but it is
a blank document
Resolution
The user had a Goldmine integration macro installed.
Removing the gmlink macro from the Word startup directory would
cause the Save As to correctly save the document into the GroupWise
library.
Goldmine is a contact management software package.
