Users unable to login from some OUs in the User Source

Environment

Novell ZENworks 10 Configuration Management

Situation

A User Source was configured to point to a specific OU in the user source and this was working properly.
If additional OUs were specified in the ZCC for authentication, users in these OUs still could not login.
A LAN trace of the ZCM server revealed that an "LDAP SEARCHREQUEST" was only being performed for the original OUs.

Resolution

Rebooting the server allowed the newly configured OUs to work properly.
