Situation

With Altiris Vision Surf-Lock2 software installed, workstation import does not complete correctly, and the workstation cannot be remote controlled.

Resolution

Make the following change to the registry: to the key
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\GenevaLogic\Modules\SPHost\Prohibited]
add a string value of "zwsreg.exe"
