Situation

User's context is not being passed to the Citrix terminal session

Resolution

For ZDM7: Fixed in ZENworks 7 with SP1 Desktop Management, available at Novell Downloads

For ZDM6.5 SP2: fixed in ZENworks 6.5 Desktop Management SP2 IR1 or newer found at Novell Downloads

Additional Information

Passthrough authentication is breaking due to the user's eDirectory context not getting passed to the terminal session.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

  1. Create a published app in Citrix.
  2. Create a NAL application that points to this published application.
  3. Log in to a workstation with a user not in the default user's context
  4. Run the Application
