Unable to save Schedule Alert - Generates an error message

Environment

Novell ZENworks 7 Asset Management - ZAM7

Situation

The below message is seen on the screen when trying to save an Alert:
"Unable to Complete"
The below error message is found within the RTRLET.LOG file found at the root of C:\ on the machine where the Web Console is installed:
"2007-01-05 18:59:52,589 DEBUG rtr.actiontools.ToolBox - Bad format for date: Unparseable date: "01-05-2007" 2007-01-05 18:59:52,589 INFO rtr.Report - Action Class exception: java.lang.NullPointerException"

Resolution

The fix will be included in ZAM 7 IR 12.
The Interim releases can also be set up within the ZAM Manager for the Task server to check the site on a scheduled basis, and download and apply them automatically. Please refer to the Help Section for details of how to set up automatic downloads if desired.

Each interim release is cumulative. If Interim Release 12 is not available due to a newer interim release being placed on the website, be assured that the code needed is in the later release.
