Symptoms:
Unable to see Mailbox folder in WebAccess
Resolution
Corrective
Actions:
1. Login to GroupWise Client
2. Make sure that the Mailbox folder is not in any other
folder. If the Mailbox folder is in any other folder, drag it
outside the specific folder so that it is directly under WebAccess
Root Folder
3. Log out of WebAccess and log back in
