ConsoleOne displays NULL start time values as "00:00 (12:00am)"

When creating an availability schedule for an application object in ConsoleOne, initially the "Start Time" and "End Time" have a NULL value and the application is available for the whole day selected.

These NULL values display as "00:00 (12:00AM)" for both the start and end time. The application, however, is still available the full day.

If a value is entered for the start time, such as "6:00AM", the end time is given a default value to match the start time.

If close attention is not paid, the person adding a start time may mistakenly believe the application will be available until midnight as it was previously until a start time was created.

Care must be taken to specify an "End Time" if a "Start Time" is selected.
