ERROR: 1851 "port in use" on Citrix/terminal server for additional remote administrators

Environment

Novell ZENworks 7 Server Management Support Pack 1 - ZSM7 SP1
Novell ZENworks 7 Desktop Management Support Pack 1 - ZDM7 SP1 Remote Management
Citrix MetaFrame Presentation Server version 4, being hosted on a 2003 server
Note: Citrix MetaFrame Presentation Server version 3, being hosted on a 2000 server reportedly does not have this problem.

Situation

Using ConsoleOne to start more many simultaneous Remote Control session on Citrix Terminal Sessions may generate ERROR: 1851. Remote Control is not run in listening mode.

Resolution

Fixed in ZENworks 7 Desktop Management Service Pack 1 Interim Release 3a, see KB 3484245 "Updates to Novell ZENworks 7 Desktop Management" which can be found at https://www.novell.com/support
The following entry needs to be created on the server for the fix to work:
Key: HKLM\Software\Novell\ZENworks\RemoteManagement\RCListener
Name: SuppressPortConflictMessage
Value: 1
