Situation
When Remote Controlling a PC that has a similar, but not identical
vertical resolution as the machine doing the controlling (e.g.
using a PC with a resolution of 1280X800 to control one of
1024X768) the bottom of the Remote Control window will be behind
the taskbar (if it is in the default location) and there is no
vertical scrollbar.

Resolution
Fixed in ZENworks 7 Desktop Management Service Pack 1 Interim Release

As a workaround, to see the full window, move the taskbar from the bottom of the screen to one side, then back again
