Error: -699 in replica ring after adding large attribute value to object.

When setting a non-stream attribute to a value of 32,000+ characters the attribute is written properly to the server where the change was made but is not synchronized to any other servers in the replica ring. A -699 error is shown in various health reports including in trace and 'Report Synchronization Status'.

This has been reported to engineering. An attribute made to hold this much data should be defined as a Stream attribute.
