Inaccurate message when trying to set password that is not allowed

Novell eDirectory 8.7.3 for NetWare 6.5

Situation

Inaccurate message appears when a user changes their password to be something that is not allowed by the eDir Password Policy.

Inaccurate message appears on workstation that has just the ZENworks Agent installed when password change is attempted.

Inaccurate message does not appear when password change attempt is done on a workstation that has the ZENworks Agent and the Novell Client.

Resolution

Fixed in ZENworks 7 Desktop Management Service Pack 1 Interim Release 3a, available at Novell Downloads
