File rights not set at expected location with a NAL/TED distribution.

Situation

Read and File Scan rights are being assigned at the %SOURCE_PATH% location rather than the file folder location.

Resolution

Working as designed.
When distributing an application object, we copy all the files and then use the SOURCE_PATH macro as the longest common path for all the files.
