Situation
Spooler crashes when viewing the properties of a print
job.
Spooler crashes when pushing out a new iPrint client via ZEN

Resolution
The problem has been reported to engineering. Engineering has made a code change and is currently in the process of testing this code change, along with other changes/fixes. As of the writing of this document, iPrint client version 4.20 is the target release to fix this spooler crash. As of this writing, version 4.20 of the iPrint client is not publically available. This TID will be updated when iPrint client version 4.20 is publically available, if and when that client becomes available.
