Imanager Error: A Page Has Performed an Illegal Action

Environment

Novell NetWare 6.5 Support Pack 5

Situation

When accessing Manage Print Manager page in Imanager the server returns: A Page Has Performed an Illegal Action.

Resolution

Iprint plugins are not installed correctly.
Uninstall the plugin using the Imanager uninstall(see additional notes for more detail).
Remove the following directories by hand if they exist:
\tomcat\4\webapps\nps\portal\modules\iPrint
\tomcat\4\webapps\nps\web-inf\modules\iPrint
Install the latest plugin from the novell download site.
Restart the web server(see additional notes for more detail).

Additional Information

It may be possible you will have to manually delete the package.
Go to sys:\system\tomcat\4\webapps\nps\packages and delete the NPM file for Iprint.
Restart the web server by doing a java -killall
Then load tcadmup.ncf and tomcat4.ncf
