Situation

Error  "iPrint Client - The request requires user authentication" appears when uploading drivers to a driver store through iManager 2.5.

Resolution

Update the iPrint client to version 4.15 or newer
Cause:
iPrint client versions 4.12 and older do not support the uploading of drivers to a Linux Drive Store.
