Novell ZENworks TS.Census 3.2
Situation
Workstations that have the TS Census client installed are showing
up on the No Client Installed report.
Resolution
During the network discovery we attempt to communicate with
the client via port 7461. If that communication fails we report
that there is no client installed.
Identify why the communication failed
- Is port 7461 being blocked
- Is the client loaded
Remove the device from the No Client Installed Report, verify the services are running and run the network discovery again.
