Abend in ZLSS.NSS|ZIO_ErrorRecord

While trying to read a beast from disk, the ZFSMAL_ReadBlk funciton got a read failure and was trying to report an error to the system.  The buffer structure for the IO in progress contained a pointer to the actual 4K cache buffer address where the data was supposed to be put, but the 4K address caused a Page Fault, implying that the address was not mapped.   The ZLSS_ErrorRecord function was simply trying to read the first longword of this buffer and pagefaulted. A 4K page that NSS believed belonged to it's cache was simply unmapped by the kernel.

This is resolved in SERVER.EXE dated April 11, 2006 or later. It can be found in NW65OS5a.exe.
