One GroupWise Account cannot send email, Status is pending on all mail

Environment

Novell GroupWise 7

Situation

One User can not send Email out of Post Office
Email status is pending
Mail in Post Office is delivered

Resolution

Run Recreate Client Options on User
Steps to run:
1. Open ConsoleOne
2. Highlight User in GroupWise System
3. Right Click on user, Select GroupWise Utilities
4. Select Mailbox Library Maintenance
5. On the Action Field select Reset Client Options and click Run
