Situation
Running the Client Status report shows workstations as 'Not Installed' when the client is installed.
Resolution
Working as
designed
During the
network discovery an attempt to communicate with the client
via port 7461 is intiated. If that communication fails we report
that there is no client installed.
Identify why
the communication failed
- Is port 7461 being blocked
- Is the client loaded
Remove the device from the No Client Installed Report, verify the services are running and run the network discovery again.
If the
client is installed but the communication with the client fails,
the network discovery reports no client installed.
Fix the
communication issue between the ZAM server and workstation
client.
