Situation
Not able to create users in GroupWise Mobile Server.
License information shows 0 Users.
Some Open Workgroup Suite customers received an incorrect GMS license key and this will not work when entered into GMS. To see how many users are licensed go into the GMS Admin Console, right click the Intellisync Mobile Server and select Properties. Then select About and hit the License button.

Resolution
The correct key, for those entitled to use GMS, will be in their
Customer Care portal page. It is also possible to use the
evaluation key that is found in the Installation Documentation in
the GMS area on https://download.novell.com
