Situation
Helpdesk
personnel use remote control to access a user’s workstation.
Occasionally when they are unable to resolve an issue they escalate
to a second level helpdesk team who then will remote control the
helpdesks system in turn looking at the end users
workstation. When doing this type of remote control (through
two layers), they occasionally have trouble opening
files.
Resolution
Workaround this issue by right-clicking the files and then choose
open.
