Situation
During the installation of eDirectory into an existing tree or into
a new tree, configuration process will stay at extending
schema.
If ndsconfig is used after the OES server is installed w/o configuring eDirectory to either add the server into an existing tree or into a new tree, the configuration will complete.
No issues exist in schema or communication that would cause a failure extending schema.
Problem did not exist when trying to install the OES server using SP1.

Resolution
The problem with the OES SP2 installation during the eDirectory
configuration was due to a semicolon ";" in the admin
password. When a password was provided for the admin account
that did not include a semicolon ";", the configuration completed
as expected.
