ZLM Cache Settings do not refresh on a time interval

ZLM Cache Settings such as 'max-cache-age' and'cache-max-size-in-mb' do not enforce their settings until a rug restart. With this current cache settings behavior, the cache will be cleaned up too infrequently. This may cause problems with filling the hard drive or exceeding limits of the cache-max-size and max-cache-age.

Fixed in ZLM dated 4 March 2006 or later. The max-cache-size setting will now be enforced on refresh and will stop distributions if the size is exceeded.
