Situation
The Find Results Folder when doing a refreshed or F5 shows blank
information
Resolution
This is a defect and has been reported to Development Â
Fixed in GroupWise 7 SP1 or greater.

Step to Duplicate:
1. Create a Find Results Folder
2. Set the folder to "Find Items where Item Type is Mail
and Item Source is Received and Item Status does not include
Opened.
3. Make sure there are mail item in the Mailbox that has not
been opened
4. Go to the Find Results Folder and it should show all unopened mail items
5. Open one or two item leaving several not opened

6. Press F5 to Refresh and the Folder is blank and does
not refresh.
