Expanding cabinet folder breaks item list

Expanding the cabinet folder will break the item list

This issue is seen only when you have an expandable folder at the very bottom of the folder list. The last folder in the list was the Cabinet, which is an expandable folder. The fix for this is to add a non-expandable folder as the last folder in the list.
