Situation
Error "To log on to this remote computer, you must have
Terminal Server User Access permissions on this computer. By
default, members of the Remote Desktop Users group have these
permissions. If you are not a member of the Remote Desktop
Users group that has these permissions, or if the Remote Desktop
User group does not have these permissions, you must be granted
these permissions manually."
This error is received when attempting to establish an RDP
connection to a Terminal Server through a NAL Thin application
object. If the application object is configured to deliver a
desktop, this error is not received. The error occurs only
when the application object is configured to launch a program upon
connection.
Resolution
On the Presentation 3 server, under the Citrix Administration
Tools, launch the Citrix Connection Configuration. Edit
both the ICA and RDP connections, and in the Advanced
settings, uncheck "Only launch Published Applications"
