NetMail Over Quota messages are not being sent to the sender.

Environment

Novell NetMail 3.52
Novell NetWare 6.5 Support Pack 4

Situation

"Over Quota" Bounced Messages are not being sent to the sender.
PostMaster receives the Bounced Message.

Resolution

1) Open ConsoleOne.
2) Double Click on NMAP Object to look at properties of the object.
3) Select "Other" tab.
4) Check the value of the"Novonyx:RTS Handling" attribute.
5) Change that to 3.
6) Restart NetMail.

Additional Information

"Novonyx:RTS Handling" attribute values:
1-  It will send the bounced message to the sender.
2 - It will send the bounced message to the postmaster.
3 - It will send to the sender and cc the postmaster.
